You Have An Authentic Life To Find
Deep down you know there is a life unique to YOU that you are meant to experience—maybe you are lucky to be experiencing it now, but the majority of people are not .
In this life:
You are the best version of your Self.
Your energy is spent doing what you love and exploring your passions.
You have a sense of purpose.
You are surrounded by people who love and support you.
You spend time experimenting with new interests and seeing what it is like to be different versions of your Self.
You have a connection between your spirit, mind, body, and money.
You aren’t immune to the ups and downs of life— but the downs don’t last too long because of the positive and optimistic energy you emit.
You enjoy life.
This life, which I call your authentic life, is closer than you may realize. If you are like most, you’ve been programmed to pursue a life that has been scripted by others—parents, teachers, and society. You might be lucky and the life you are currently experiencing might be “right” for you.
But, if you’ve always had a desire to do something different, be someone different, or just feel like the life you’re experiencing isn’t right, you owe it to your Self (and the rest of the world) to find and pursue your authentic life. When you are living your authentic life you bring to the world the best version of your Self and are doing the things that you can do better than anyone else.
Your authentic life is yours—no one else’s—and you deserve to live it.
To being pursuing your authentic life spend time connecting to your spirit, mind, and body. There is no right way to connect and align these areas of your Self so do what feels right for you. Once you know the direction you need to begin to move for your authentic life you can begin the planning process. It might come as a surprise to you, but in the connection of spirit, mind, body, and money, “money” is the least important part and become easier to manage and plan once you have connected your spirit, mind, and body.
I know, this goes against what you’ve probably been taught about your personal finances. You cannot build an actionable financial plan without starting with the end in mind—meaning once you know your what authentic life looks like you can begin to reverse engineer your financial plan and it will most likely be anything like the traditional financial planning you’re familiar with.
Keep coming back every week as I take you further down the path of finding your authentic life.
Until then—keep pursuing,
Justin
