The Long Game Podcast

Since launching RLS Wealth, one of my missions has been to create content that not only educated and entertained (hopefully) my clients but also served as education for the public. It’s impossible for me, and now the RLS Wealth team, to help everyone with their financial planning—there is a limit of households we can champion. But by creating content, there is no limit to the number of people we can empower.

I’ve always told myself if I ever hired another financial advisor, I would want them to create content as well. The more people we have telling our story and delivering messages of financial literacy, the better.

Naturally, one of the first things we did when Thomas joined the team was to launch his blog, The Long Game. And now we’ve launched his podcast, also called The Long Game—well, we’ve submitted it to all of the major podcast outlets and are playing the waiting game. On this podcast, Thomas will be interviewing individuals who have worked hard to create the life they wanted—they’ve found their passion and pursued it to the fullest. I’ve encouraged him to also find individuals who pursued their passion but came up short. Not every pursuit will end where we want it to, but it doesn’t have to mean we’ve failed and I think it’s important for his listeners to hear some of those stories as well.

Thomas has a great lineup of guests to start, but he foolishly started with me 😀. You can check out Thomas’s first interview with yours truly on YouTube while we wait for the Apple, Google, and Spotify to pick it up on their podcast platforms. Be sure to subscribe to both the RLS YouTube channel and Thomas’s podcast.

Oh, and I’ll be launching a new podcast as well called Money & Purpose 😎.
